Letting It All Roll By

COVID-19 impacts the human body’s ability to breathe, so it is critical to develop a daily practice to keep the lungs strong. Air is more essential to maintaining life than water or food, making it the most important fuel we can give our bodies on a daily basis.

Music is quick therapy, so just:

1. Turn up your device’s volume.

2. Get in a comfortable sitting position, with your two feet planted on the floor and your body in an upright position.

3. Breathe in slowly and deeply. Continue to breathe in slowly and deeply through out the entire song.
