Connecting with Unconditional Love

Music and emotions profoundly impact our state of being. Sad music or feelings make us feel down, while happy music and emotions make us feel elated. This is a law of physics related to vibrational frequencies.

Not surprisingly, unconditional love has a very high vibrational frequency. Today we will raise ourselves up to this state of being.

Music is quick therapy, so just:

2. Begin to breathe deeply, noting any thoughts or areas in your body that feel restrictive.
